Sage Hills Golf Club does not give refunds if a buyer changes their mind about wanting the deal or is unable to take up the offer for personal reasons. However if you have any problems when redeeming or using your voucher, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve the matter. As well, Sage Hills Golf Club will always refund the purchase price or exchange the Sage Hills Golf Club voucher where we have made a mistake, for example, if the Sage Hills Golf Club voucher that we issued was not for the product that was advertised.

The reason may be, but is not limited to, the unavailability of a product or service, an error in the price or product description, or an error in the buyer’s order. In the instance that your order were to be cancelled, Sage Hills Golf Club will refund your payment in full.
Voucher Validity and Expiry Time Frame
The voucher expiry time varies for each deal, and will be clearly listed in the ‘Deal Terms’. The validity period and expiry date will also be clearly detailed in the voucher itself that is emailed to you. You must redeem your voucher within the validity time period.
Sage Hills Golf Club is not liable for any acts, defaults or omissions by any third party, or if the purchaser incurred costs such as travel costs when redeeming the voucher, Sage Hills Golf Club take any responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.
